Toy Box Leadership
(Lecture Series)

This interactive activity will allow the participants to work collaboratively in groups and to think critically about leadership skills learned from of our childhood toys.  Through meaningful discussion and dialogue, participants will be able to both learn from and teach one another about their conclusions concerning the impact of leadership skills acquired through play that can be applied to everyday life.

This event is a part of the Academic Support Centers' College Success and Financial Responsibility Seminar series. The seminars are offered each semester to increase the students’ skills in targeted areas of academic and personal enrichment. This spring the topics include, but are not limited to note-taking, time management, resources available, learning styles, critical thinking, financial literacy and the importance of utilizing and improving academic skills.
