In this session, participants will be educated on several ways to prepare for the job market. Participants will receive information on resume tips, how to prepare for an interview and the importance of networking. Lastly, participants will receive several resources (a resume template, a cover letter template and job websites).

This event is a part of the Academic Support Centers' College Success and Financial Responsibility Seminar series. The seminars are offered each semester to increase the students’ skills in targeted areas of academic and personal enrichment. This spring the topics include, but are not limited to note-taking, time management, resources available, learning styles, critical thinking, financial literacy and the importance of utilizing and improving academic skills.
