The presentation will address creating a realistic budget, spending guidelines, reducing unnecessary expenses, as well as cost effective housing options and some of the benefits of starting a budget now.

This event is a part of the Academic Support Centers' College Success and Financial Responsibility Seminar series. The seminars are offered each semester to increase the students’ skills in targeted areas of academic and personal enrichment. This spring the topics include, but are not limited to note-taking, time management, resources available, learning styles, critical thinking, financial literacy and the importance of utilizing and improving academic skills.
