Balancing Your Job and College
(Academic)

Getting a job while in college: a good idea or something that will get in the way of your studies? During this seminar, students will discuss the challenges of working on-campus vs. off-campus, while balancing your work and school.

This event is a part of the Academic Support Centers' College Success and Financial Responsibility Seminar series. The seminars are offered each semester to increase the students’ skills in targeted areas of academic and personal enrichment. This spring the topics include, but are not limited to note-taking, time management, resources available, learning styles, critical thinking, financial literacy and the importance of utilizing and improving academic skills.
