While a relative newcomer on the southeast music scene, Atlanta-based Nathan Angelo has been immersed in music for over a decade. His vocal stylings, underlined by a groove-tinged rhythm section, recall Nathan's early Motown influences such as the Jackson 5 and Bill Withers. While those artists certainly helped to shape his identity as a singer-songwriter, Angelo remains current and diverse, carving out a niche for himself in the modern music scene through his piano-laden, pop-driven approach to soul.
