Like Seed to Soil is part of a larger body of garden and soil-related works dating back to 1999. Like Seed to Soil evolved through a layering of influences, ideas and experiences, from Henry David Thoreau's manuscripts to an interest in seed and roots to the powerful impact of gathered materials.
