Fun fact: Southeast is the nation’s only two-time winner of the prestigious Christa McAuliffe Showcase for Excellence Award presented by the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU).
History: Approved by the Board of Regents in 1968, Scully was completed in 1971. This four-story building, the “education-psychology building” as it was first referred to, was later named after Mark F. Scully, the University’s 10th president, and the man responsible for much of Southeast’s campus growth.
