Ginny Carroll is the CEO of inGiNuity, a company focused on building personal competence and improving team synergy through skill development workshops & retreats, strategic planning, governance coaching, and keynotes. Ginny is a frequent speaker for businesses, associations, and college audiences throughout the country.
Prior to establishing her consulting business in 2001, Ginny spent 15 years working for her national sorority – Alpha Xi Delta. For five of those years she was the National Executive Director.
In 2010, Ginny founded the Circle of Sisterhood, a charity whose mission is to uplift girls and women from poverty and oppression through education. For too many girls around the world, access to quality education is often limited. The Circle of Sisterhood believes that more educated girls will mean stronger and healthier villages, communities and entire countries.
Ginny is a strong proponent of the Greek experience, evidenced by national awards from the Association of Fraternity/Sorority Advisors, Tri Delta and Alpha Sigma Alpha for fostering positive change to advance the fraternal movement.
Ginny is a sorority woman who truly believes in the value of the Greek experience and will show you through her program – the Gift of Sorority.
