R.A.D. Self Defense Class
(Academic)
R.A.D. is a self-defense program designed for women only. The course is 12-13 hours in length. The course begins with a classroom portion that covers topics on general safety, how to make your residence more secure, travel safety, the use of weapons, what to do after an attack, and much more. There will also be hands-on self-defense instruction, followed by a simulated attack by instructors. A manual will be provided to participants.
